Our butter laden almond toffee is made over an open flame in the same copper kettle as our nut brittles. After the cooked toffee is rolled out on a cooling table, it is cut into chunks which we dip in milk chocolate and dredge in chopped roasted almonds. A customer favorite for decades for good reason!
